Daaaaaaang! Haven't seen this place since... since... since ahhh who's keeping records anyways *rolleyes*

NigerianQueen... lol you have succeeded in making me update. LOL big shoutout to you babes! I will try, I promise :D hehe

Wow so 2009 is here.. shoot one month down, 11 more to go ain't that something! and God continues to be faithful, and like I love to say: "God is too gbaskiiiii" belee that my people.

So what's there to update sef??? Well let's see. I'm still in school (o yes I'm sticking it out) will be done this year tho, wooohooo! ready to go on to better things darling. Men have come and gone... pssh that's another post entirely, men and their many issues *rolleyes* who needs them anyways. Haven't really traveled since like forever (only to NY but then again that's like in my backyard).

I'm loosing my hair oo... any suggestions will be much appreciated, like I don't need to be bald at this age ke :O being cutting and growing the thing since forever but I'm still looking for a perfect haircut so if you have anything on that too...holla!

Hmmm... oh yes, I'm still the ol'boring me wooohooo yay! "I don't wanna be anything better than meeee" O yea I be jamming yo don't try my singing skills West African Idol ain't got norrin on me (yes ke).

School just started so it's dat time to buckle and tie my wrapper very hard cuz it will be one hellova year... great year tho, and I seriously hope to come back more often and share with you all :)

Dragged Out Weekend

Ahh, Weekend always starts on thursday for me so I had a day ahead of everyone else but with that you will think I will do work right. Nope! infact I did not one thing related to school work... it sucksss! and the weather did not help matters (raining, draggy looong weekend I tell you) and on top of that I was not feeling good at all.. cramp is a biatchhh! So now I'm seating here regretting not doing nothing, as I now realize I have 3 quizzes on thursday, homeworks dat are due, organization sturves, uhhh plenty things sha on top of little me :( it's depressing just remembering it sef.Mehn I haven't partied in awhile and I was looking forward to the Indy parade and party this past weekend, but didn't go all thanks to the rain, so I'm hitching even more for a parry... and no thank you to house parties and clubs.

Ah on to other things, a lot of ppl's bday (mommy and friend) wish them long life and more blessings. I need to go home and visit the fams, and eat real good food: especially since they insist on rubbing it in everytime I call home, talking about oooh we're eating this and that *rolleyes*.

Nigeria is gonna be 48years old... damn we're getting there oo, may the good Lord continue to bless his country and its people! Forward ever, backward never. God will appoint only the right ppl to lead us to becoming an awesome country... AMEN! Have fun on wednesday y'all, wear ur green and white. God bless NIGERIA and all NIGERIANS around the world. Update Update Update

Okay I got emails from my lovely ladies about updating... u guys, this is for you babes :) Sorry I've been MIA forever. My initial thoughts were I will be able to chit and chat with my very own people of blogville after summer classes ended, but apparently I didn't get the memo that it wasn't gonna work out that way. Especially that school started again with 18 credits, it hard to have a life or time to blog... but today folks I created the time. I told my books to just take it easy for a minute and I said "you things cannot frustrate me, talk less of killing me... it can't be done" Lol, just for you ... see I did not forget you at all, maybe I'll start doing like every weekend blog or maybe everyother week... hmm that's a thought.

Anyhoos, wat has been up, u ask?. Well school is back, I declared major 9i think i told y'all dat one), uhh... not much really. Oh! lemme tell you, the thing that happened to me last night. I came back on-campus from the weekend right, and looked for parking high and low and there was none... the only parking spaces available were very far and knowing me, I was not even gonna attempt. So i'm parading and then I saw this foolish girl, she took my spot sha... in the amount of sec/min b4 i knew it, she just drove into the space... I was HEATED!! ahhh i vexed. Can you believe after that spot was taken, usually you'll see ppl moving their cars but yesterday was not the case... can you believe I stood there in my car waiting for somebody to come out and move their car for almost an hour!! but I must admit my persistence and patience paid off as I got a sweet parking space, my friend thinks I'm a loser but I like to think otherwise.

So what is the moral of this story?? you might ask.. Well I say don't worry when someone takes what was meant for you and you think the F word and S word... and you start cussing, let me tell you it's not the end of the world. When one door closes, another opens with ease all that is needed of you is patience... it is true what they say about it being a virtue. I challenge you to be virtuous, have a blessed week.

I'm Blessed and So Are You

I'm sitting here listening to TruSpot. and "I Go Chop Your Dollar" Nkem Owoh is playing and I'm dancing and singing along lol, it's just a funny song can't believe ppl (americans) were taking this song to be serious sef.. geez lighten up, it's all in fun not for real nau. But watever jare.. make una sha be careful no fall for 419 trap.

Ahh yes oh I'm blessed and you shd feel the same way, Our God is an awesome one and he is the bestest father anyone can ask for, he's kept me thus far and continues to, I can't shout it enough but I know you get the gist, always remember he cares!

... *relief sigh* it is done with and over my ppl!! Classes are declared over.. phew* now I have the rest of the summer to myself we thank God for his mercies. I'm really looking forward to graduation and to the start of life afterward, I cannot wait to see what God has in store for me.

I was talking to my aunt sometime last week, we were just talking about life and stuff, then as if I knew wat was coming she mentioned marriage.. I laughed, she's so predictable. Why must every time graduation talk come, they go straight to asking "sooo wedding lo'kan yen" right after ah ahn. Lol, Nigerians parents and elders are funny sha. Me I don't feel it's that time yet to be concerned about stuff like that, there is soooo much to accomplish u knw. Oh and then she goes "eh well u can't go to school in ur husband's house?, or wat r u saying" lol she cracked me up. Well of course I know I can but there are some things that I will rather do b4 I have bigger responsibilities like marriage u know.. besides I have few yrs before all that, but really at what age shd u start thinking about settling down?? that is if there is one.

OMGeeeeeee... OMGeeee, Breath!

Lord Almighty!! how long have I been gone for?? My goodness, this is not even funny anymore ooh! You guys!!! :( I'm gonna cry oh, school is hella not cool anymore, yea I'm one to promote education, school and ish but gaddizzle it is not easy!

Anyhoos was'apning!! Been a whole while and I have missed (yes i know u don't have to tell me). Well summer class is over NXT WK!!! somebody shout hallelujah!! praise God. I'm super excited to get that 3wks break before Fall semester commences. Bunch of sturves have happened since the last entry, but one I can never forget is losing a friend to a homicide. Haven't talk to dude in awhile, then all of a sudden someone notified me out of nowhere that dude was stabbed to death cuz of a girl!! I couldn't comprehend the thing till the day after and it dawned on me, it was really sad. The story was everywhere, on the news.. and the wake was wow! didn't get the chance to go to the funeral tho.

But to more happier lighter stuff, I'm thinking about getting my second piercing for my ears but I'm hella scared I've been postponing it forever!lol. Aside from the pain it will cause, I'm also scared I will want it out soon as I get it done which will be absolute a waste cuz it'll close up right. Errr... still pondering.
